The south-facing screened porch accesses the large garden terrace and 30-foot pier (sea depth at high tide: 6 feet; mooring available). Amenities include a laundry room, wireless internet and ample courtyard parking. Stony Creek is 12 miles east of New Haven and 75 miles from New York City. It's minutes away from beaches, boat tours, scenic village greens, historic homes, quaint shops, nature walks, casual and fine dining and vibrant cultural life. Available September 6-30--two-week minimum rental. $200/week cleaning fee.
